A Rae of Hope, Inc. was founded in honor of the beloved late, Samantha Renee “Rae” Parker. Samantha was a devoted wife, amazing and loving Mother, a little sister, a dear friend to many, and a pillar of the community. She opened her home to family, friends, and strangers to

assist all in need. Whether she was volunteering her time, cooking meals, buying groceries, fostering children, and more she did whatever she could to serve others. The loss of her took a toll on the community. It is through this foundation that we hope to keep her name, legacy, and love for serving others alive.

She lived by 2 Corinthians 9:7.
